Written Installation Tutorial

1. Open vinyl kit. 

2. Remove bindings.

3. Clean board good with alcohol or soap & water. Let it dry thoroughly. (REMOVE ALL OLD STICKERS AND RESIDUE.)

4. Peel middle backing strip off of the print and align print on the board. 

5. Squeegee the middle exposed vinyl.

6. Peel left or right side backing paper off and squeegee apply the vinyl. 

7. Do this for both sides.

8. Trim the edges. NO OVER HANGING VINYL!

9. Do a second offset trim 1/8inch into the board to further protect edges. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

10. Apply edge seal to the edge of the vinyl and board to further protect edges. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

11. Trim out screw holes or binding fasten channel.

12. Wait ATLEAST 3 days before riding. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. YOUR VINYL, BOARD & EDGE SEAL NEED TIME TO BOND.
